How to Protect Yourself From Harmful Electromagnetic Fields

While most people have heard about the threats posed by using a mobile phone, all appliances, computers, power lines and transformers emit some level of electromagnetic energy. The question is, how much exposure is too much exposure?

Scientists have been studying the impact of exposure to extra-low frequency (ELF) and very-low frequency (VLF) electromagnetic fields for over thirty years, but there is still little agreement among researchers about how dangerous they really are. One of the reasons for this is that with every passing year, new technology causes us to be exposed to even more ELF and VLF fields, making most research obsolete before it is even published.

Whether you agree or disagree with recent studies, there is no denying that electromagnetic exposure is something we should be watching very closely. The Philip Stein watch company has created a series of watches that shield the body from the negative effects of VLF and ELF fields, and keep the wearer feeling calm and relaxed. This is because the watch itself releases a frequency of its own, and infuses the body's own bio-field with the natural frequency of the earth. This frequency and its resulting electromagnetic field, protect the wearer from experiencing the negative effects of "electronic pollution".
Researchers warn that certain electronic devices and appliances are more dangerous than others. Here is a summary of some recent findings.
  1. Computers: While they may emit a weak ELF field, the older CRT monitors have been shown to cause cancer. Anti-glare screens do nothing to reduce the amount of radiation coming from a monitor, so it is recommended that users stay 18-24 inches away from their screens. A more expensive, yet much healthier option is a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).
  2. Home appliances: Most appliances are sources of ELF fields, but since most are used for a very short time, the risk factor is relatively low. However, any appliance that is used in close proximity to the body presents a much higher health risk. These include hair dryers, electric razors, electric blankets, heating pads and many handheld devices. Limiting exposure to these appliances can greatly reduce negative health effects.
  3. Lighting: Environmentalists suggest we switch from regular, incandescent lightbulbs to newer fluorescent bulbs. However, these new bulbs use a ballast transformer that generates its own ELF field. If you will be using a desk lamp, it may be smarter to stick with incandescent bulbs, as these generate virtually no ELF for VLF energy.
Since none of us know just how dangerous the current levels of electromagnetic radiation really are, it makes sense to wear Philip Stein Teslar watch. Not only will it give you the peace of mind that comes with knowing you are protected from electromagnetic pollution, it will also repel stress, help you sleep more soundly, and help you remain calm and focused throughout the day.

  2. Great article! It's really useful for those who are constantly subjected to radiation. I do work 8 hours a day in front of a computer and have experienced chronic pains at the back of my neck near the spine area. After following the tip from new hope unlimited, I have seen some positive changes in my body. Also, the strain caused by dry eyes is almost gone now.
